Nurse turnover is both costly and disruptive, but it’s also predictable when you know where and how to look. This session provides actionable insights into forecasting Registered Nurse (RN) attrition, building proactive recruitment pipelines, and shortening the time-to-hire for clinical roles. Attendees will gain strategies to stabilize staffing, protect quality metrics, and reduce dependence on premium labor. Whether you are a nurse leader, healthcare administrator, or HR professional, this presentation is for you.

At the conclusion of this session, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the current state of the national workforce and associated statistics.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the hiring for attrition standard operational procedures.
  • Discuss how to incorporate hiring for attrition in your work setting.
