This is a recording of a live webinar delivered on Nov. 14, 2024.

Rural Health Clinics (RHC) provide important and often difficult-to-find health care in rural and remote areas. This two-part webinar series will cover the Rural Health Clinic Conditions for Certification (CfC) manual and will address the current requirements for certification.

RHCs must comply with the CMS CfC to receive Medicare and Medicaid payments. The requirements apply to all patients, regardless of the payment source. The CMS regulations and interpretive guidelines serve as the basis for determining compliance and this manual will be discussed in detail. Attendees will learn about the Conditions and what to do when a surveyor arrives at your facility.

This seminar will also help RHCs comply with specific Conditions and problem areas, such as supervision, informed consent, medication administration, and emergency preparedness.
