This is a recording of a live webinar delivered on May 2, 2024.

Is conflict and the threat of workplace violence preventing your team from delivering stellar patient care? If so,
you're not alone. Estimates show that every hour two nurses are victims of workplace assault, making health care the most violent sector in the nation. This webinar will provide practical ways to resolve conflict and help prevent it from resulting in violence. Having a workforce that is better equipped to respond to conflict will lead to improved work culture, significantly improved patient care, increased employee retention, and reduced expenditures by the organization.
