Join us to learn about the free cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (AI) resources available to all rural hospitals through the Microsoft Rural Health Resiliency Program. Nearly 700 rural hospitals in the US are already participating. This program provides all rural hospitals in the United States with:

  • A free cybersecurity assessment based on healthcare cyber performance goals
  • Free cyber awareness training for all frontline staff and foundational cyber certification for IT staff
  • 1-year free Windows 10 ESU extension when available in September 2025 (current ESU is through October 2025)
  • Access to free/low-cost AI tools designed by/for rural hospitals to help with denied claims/revenue recapture and outbound referrals management
Independent CAHs and REHs, (i.e., not a part of a health system) are now eligible for nonprofit pricing, which brings ongoing savings of 60-75% on many common Microsoft products. All other rural hospitals can obtain the Microsoft enterprise E5 security
