Before joining HealthSearch Partners, Kurt served in various roles with AMN Healthcare, most recently as vice president of strategic alliances. His career at AMN and its subsidiary Merritt Hawkins spanned 31 years where he built and nurtured strategic relationships with 25 state hospital associations.

Kurt’s commitment to addressing critical healthcare challenges is demonstrated by his involvement with the Council on Physician and Nurse Supply, a group of healthcare experts focused on finding solutions to the shortage of nurses and physicians.
